1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings. These meanings apply throughout the entire document.

• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and any accumulated bonuses or winnings will be considered void.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a violation of these Terms, and gt99c reserves the right to cancel the account.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount on the gt99c platform is ৳500 (five hundred taka) — this applies to all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

After a withdrawal request is successfully submitted, the transfer is generally completed within 5–30 minutes. However, additional time may be required if a verification process is ongoing.

All deposits must be made from the user's own payment account. Conducting transactions through a third party's account is strictly prohibited and such transactions will be flagged as suspicious.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).

4.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per user.
• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• gt99c reserves the right to change bonus terms.
• Each promotion will be automatically cancelled after its specified expiry date.

4.3 VIP Program

The gt99c VIP program has five tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

The criteria for advancing to a higher tier may change from time to time, and gt99c publishes these separately.

5. Responsible Gaming Policy

gt99c takes responsible gambling very seriously. We are committed to protecting the mental and financial wellbeing of our users. The following policies apply to all users:

• Never bet more than you can afford.
• Avoid placing additional bets to chase losses.

• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using a VPN or proxy server to bypass geographic restrictions.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account suspension or cancellation, and all deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited. gt99c also reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
